京都の伝統野菜である九条ネギをふんだんに使用して、イタリアのジェノバ地方のバジルソースを京風にアレンジ。コクがあり、風味豊かな和洋折衷のパスタソースに仕上げました。
安心の無添加仕上げで、パスタ以外にも幅広くお使い頂けます。

茹でたてのパスタと和えるだけでお召し上がり頂けますが、お好きな具材を炒めてから本品とパスタを合わせて頂きますと、より一層美味しくお召し上がり頂けます。
また、パンに塗ってトーストしたり、ポン酢と合わせて香味ソースにするなどアレンジ色々。

Negi no Kimi is an all-purpose eclectic pasta sauce based on the sauces of Italy’s Genoa region. Kujo green onions, which are one of Kyoto’s many traditionally grown vegetables, have been selected for use in the Negi no Kimi sauce.
The additive free Negi no Kimi pasta sauce has a wide variety of uses.
※Includes walnuts. Please be careful if you are allergic.

Negi no Kimi goes perfectly on its own with freshly boiled pasta. It also combines well with pasta and stir-fried ingredients for an even more delicious flavor.
You can also apply Negi no Kimi to bread and toast it, or combine it with ponzu sauce to create a rich flavored sauce. Please use it to your liking.
