お出汁の効いたお酒。
ありそうでなかった、出汁好きには堪らないお酒をご自宅で簡単に作れるキットです。

好きなお酒を注ぐだけ。
絶妙に配合された旨味成分がじっくりと抽出され、常温で2日経てば完成。
冷やして飲みたい場合は抽出後、パックを引き上げてから冷蔵して下さい。
お酒は麦焼酎、米焼酎など。ウォッカもおすすめです。

また、出汁を引き揚げたお酒を数日寝かすと味が馴染み、さらに美味しく熟成します。
オンザロックや水割り、お湯割に。
お好みで梅干しや柑橘を入れたり、ポン酢を少々垂らすと違った味わいが楽しめます。

おつまみなしでもスイスイ呑める。

Shumasu (Dashi sachet kit for flavoring Spirits)
These sachets give spirits an accent of dashi (Japanese cooking stock) flavoring.
A perfect kit for those dashi lovers that is easy to make at home.

Just add your favorite spirit to the bottle supplied.
The exquisitely blended umami ingredients are completely extracted after settling for 2 days at room temperature.
If you want to enjoy a chilled beverage, remove the sachet once it has flavored sufficiently and refrigerate.
Any kind of liquor, such as wheat or rice shochu, can be used. Vodka is also a recommended option.

Furthermore, once the dashi sachet has been removed and the contents is left to rest for a few more days a deep mature flavor can be achieved.
Shumasu can be drunk on the rocks or mixed with cold/warm water. You can enjoy a different taste by adding dried plums, citrus fruits or adding a little ponzu sauce to your liking.
A connoisseur’s delight Shumasu is great for parties or as a special gift.
